In this traditional windmill the flour is produced according to traditional natural processes and the cereals used in this procedure come from the local plantation fields.
Everything is made with the power of the wind, as it has always been. No genetically modified flour is produced here. This project is developed through the passion and soul of the miller’s granddaughter, Fátima, who works every single day to keep tradition alive.
