Designed by ME arquitectos, Hotel Lis Garden will be the first 5-star hotel in Leiria. A major investment, deeply attached to the local identity, this hotel and congress center will open its doors in the Summer of 2027.
The inviting city of Leiria will have its first 5-star hotel with 100 rooms.
The project also includes an events centre with capacity for 450 people, comprising multiple meeting and training rooms, along with a long garden leading down to the River Lis, two swimming pools, two restaurants, and a multi-purpose space measuring approximately 750 square metres.
The events centre will be equipped to host small trade fairs, exhibitions and corporate conferences, supported by teams with experience in organising major events. There will be permanent ready-to-use technical infrastructures, such as: sound system, video-wall, streaming and digital access control.
