Located only 5 km away from the charming city of Viseu, Quinta de São Francisco is set in a stunning landscape of perfectly aligned vineyards. A noble house rich in historical heritage that dates back to the 18th century. Apart from its exceptional wines, this estate provides its guests a memorable experience in its welcoming houses.

The renovation of 6 houses named after trees was carried out in sustainable way, combining rural elements with a contemporary décor, dominated by neutral tones and sobriety. The original granitic stone walls were preserved, along with natural raw materials and recycled woods.

Breakfast consists in a selection of the best regional products and it can be served in the common meal room or in the comfort of the house. Most of the products are produced in Quinta de São Francisco. From farm to fork!

The outdoor swimming pool in granite is particularly inviting on hot Summer days.

Quinta de São Francisco Houses organise several activities for its guests, such as: wine tastings in the vineyards, in the gardens or in the dazzling panoramic terrace over the vineyards; guided visit to the wine cellar with explanations on the vinification process; theme workshops; Roman road; visit to the historical city of Viseu and to São Pedro do Sul thermal baths or biking / walking tours in Dão Cycling and Walking Path.
