Quinta do Soito

Soito Wines is a family-run business dedicated to the production and sale of fine wines. It was founded in 2013 by a couple of teachers – José Carlos and Sandra Soares – two enthusiasts of Dão wine who one day decided to embark on an adventure to produce unique wines with character that would best reflect their passion for wine. The project began at Quinta do Soito, where they live with their family.

Although a relatively new venture, Soito Wines is recognised within the Portuguese wine market and has been winning significant national and international awards, making it one of the iconic producers in its region, the Dão. It focuses on sustained growth in its wine production and marketing activities and on promoting wine tourism; the vision is to establish a consolidated position in the national and international wine markets and in the Portuguese tourism market.
