Inspired by the Japanese philosophy "shirin-yoku", meaning "forest ("shirin") bathing ("yoku")", the Western world has been developing a growing fascination for the healing power of forests. In Center of Portugal region, Bussaco National Forest will be the first certified Healing Forest in the Iberian Peninsula. A soul-soothing place to connect with nature, leaving all noise behind. 

Founded in 2016 by Raquel and João, Quinta d'Arminho is a deeply inspiring family-run project of regenerative agriculture. This project is based on 3 premisses: soil, seasonality and biodiversity. Located in Mangualde, near Viseu, Quinta d'Arminho produces olive oil, several varieties of fruits, vegetables and blueberries.
