In 2024, Guide Michelin Portugal has announced 8 new Bib Gourmand restaurants in Portugal, adding to an already existing list of 32 restaurants all over this food-loving country! Center of Portugal has the only 1-star Michelin restaurant in the region, Mesa de Lemos, located in Viseu, scoring also 1 green star for sustainable cuisine. Flora and Olaias are the brand new Bib Gourmand restaurants in the region. Bon appétit !
