Fado is Portugal's national song, capturing the melancholic soul of the country, but also its lively cunning side. According to prestigious musicologist Rui Vieira Nery, fado emerged in the 18th century in Lisbon by Brazilian influence. 

World-acclaimed Portuguese visual artist, Joana Vasconcelos, has conceived the stunning work "Suspension", a 28 meter-high rosary, inaugurated in 2017 during the celebrations of the 100th anniversary of the Apparitions, placed vertically in the Church of the Most Holy Trinity. Today this work can be seen from an horizontal perspective upon a replica of Leonardo Da Vinci's Vetruvian Man.
